【岗位职责】

1.负责进行未来设计趋势研究、品牌设计美学研究；

2.负责制定设计机会研究提案，包括设计方案的提出、完善和后期制作执行；

3.推动和执行概念车设计等前瞻项目；

4.协助经理完成设计能力发展规划，带教年轻设计师。

【任职资格】

1.学历要求：本科及以上；

2.工作年限：整车厂5年及以上汽车前期设计工作经验；

3.项目经历：具有2个及以上概念或量产项目经验；

4.专业能力：优秀的2D/3D设计技能，熟悉设计开发流程，熟练应用设计类软件，敏锐的设计洞察能力和设计策略研究能力；

5.具有良好的英文表达和交流能力者优先；

6.具备国际化设计背景者优先。

Job Description

1.Responsible for future design trend study and brand design aesthetics study;

2.Responsible for developing design opportunity research proposals;

3.Push and execute concept car and other advanced design programs;

4. Support functional leader for design capability development plan, and mentor junior designers.

Qualification Required

1.Bachelor above;

2.5+ years in OEM advanced design;

3.2+ concept cars or production programs;

4.Excellent 2D/3D design skills, familiar with design development process, keen design insight;

5.Good English communication skill is a plus;

6.International design background is a plus.

2.根据企业质量标准，控制数字化模型递交物质量；

3.根据项目计划，协助经理合理分配内外部资源；

4.拓展数字技术，改进工作方法和流程，寻求最佳数字设计解决方案，提高效率和设计质量；

5.协助数字经理完成能力发展规划，带教年轻数字设计师。

【任职资格】

1.学历要求：本科及以上；

2.工作年限：5年以上内外饰整车数模构建及发布经验；

3.项目经历：具有3个及以上整车项目内外饰数字设计经验者优先； 

4.专业能力：具有工业设计、汽车工程及相关专业知识，熟悉整车开发流程，熟练掌握Alias、Vred、MAYA等数字设计软件；

5.具有良好的英文表达和交流能力者优先。

Job Description

1.Cooperate with the designer, provide high quality class A surfaces on time;

2.Control surfaces quality, to meet the quality standard; 

3.Rational use of digital design team resources;

4.Expand digital technology, optimize the work process to improve efficiency and design quality;

5.Support functional leader for capability development plan, and mentor junior digital designers.

Qualification Required

1.Bachelor above;

2.5+ years on digital design and release of all Interior/exterior;

3.3+ interior/exterior trim digital design projects is preferred;

4.Familiar with vehicle development process, proficiency in Alias/Vred/MAYA and so on;

5.Good English communication skill is a plus.
