Key Responsibilities
主要职责
Communicate with business about requirements, rules and procedures, provide professional consulting to business to ensure better understanding of the system and processes.
与业务部门就要求、规则和程序进行沟通，为业务部门提供专业咨询，以确保更好地了解系统和流程。
Evaluate and analysis requirements, drive and guide business to raise the reasonable and suitable requirements, manage business's expectation, design and provide suitable and reasonable IT solution options.
评估和分析需求，推动和指导业务部门提出合理和合适的需求，管理业务部门的期望，设计并提供合适和合理的IT解决方案选项。
Support business to get approval from internal circle. Lead and manage bidding process, and steer external partners when suppliers on board in BBA.
支持企业内部审批。领导和管理投标过程，并指导外部合作伙伴在BBA上的供应商。
Manage, perform and track the project plan, scope, budget, risk and milestones. Define and control all project deliverables for all relevant parities in different project phases.
管理、执行和跟踪项目计划、范围、预算、风险和里程碑。定义和控制不同项目阶段所有相关方的所有项目可交付成果。
Coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, implementation preparation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with high quality.

Monitor project status & progress; presenting project progress to stakeholders.

Support and follow up with company regulation and policies during project implementation.

Verify and perform the standard plans and procedures, participate in / or lead quality assurance reviews.

Qualifications
职位要求
3-5 years professional experience in Self-dev or SAP system project management.
具备3-5年自开发或SAP系统项目管理的专业经验。
3-5 years good experience in complex IT project management in an international environment.
3-5年国际环境下复杂IT项目管理经验。
1-3 years Knowhow in business processes in related business area.
1-3年相关业务领域的业务流程知识。
Working experience in automobile company is a plus

Project Management (steering more than 5 people in matrix organization)
项目管理（指导矩阵组织5人以上）
Deep understanding of IT project management methodology. PMP or ITIL certification is a plus

Deep understanding of project process, change request and release management process.

Good understanding of business requirement analysis skills and business's expectation management ability.
